The Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid results is also enclosed. Further, pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company would be publishing extract of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 1.30 pm and concluded at 2.30 pm.
