Virinchi’s 100% subsidiary -- Virinchi Healthcare has signed a lease agreement with Wellcome Hospitals, Visakhapatnam to take a purpose-built hospital of 81,000 sqft in a 1.5 acre land parcel, in the heart of Vishakapatnam City, for a period of 20 years, extendible by another 10 years. This milestone will make Virinchi Hospitals as a chain of multicity hospitals and once operational, it will become a 1000 bed hospital chain.
This upcoming technology driven hospital, to be completed on a hub and spoke model will cater to increasing medical needs of coastal Andhra Pradesh and surrounding states. Virinchi plans to bring in the best treatment capabilities at this facility, similar to its facility in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
