Axiscades Technologies has raised Rs 10 crore through the allotment of 100 Unlisted Unrated Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on Private Placement basis. The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated July 27, 2022, approved allotment of the same.
