Essar Oil surges on reporting net profit of Rs 32.00 crore in Q3

Essar Oil is currently trading at Rs. 74.00, up by 1.20 points or 1.65% from its previous closing of Rs. 72.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 73.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 75.40 and Rs. 73.40 respectively. So far 494879 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 75.65 on 15-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 44.80 on 18-Jan-2012.

Total income of the company has increased by 85.89% at Rs 24,056.00 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 12,941.00 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
