Mindspace Business Parks REIT has raised Rs 500 crore through Senior, Listed, Rated, Secured, Taxable, Non-cumulative, Transferable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 5000 NCDs face Value of Rs 10 lakh each on a private placement basis. The Executive Committee of the Manager at its meeting held on July 28, 2022 has approved the same.
