Star Housing Finance has informed that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 29th July, 2022 which commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 11.30 am has considered and approved the allotment of 16,00,000 (Sixteen Lakhs) fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10 per equity share at an issue price of Rs 135 per equity share (including premium of Rs 125 per equity share) aggregating to Rs 21,60,00,000 on preferential basis through private placement.
