Manali Petrochemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 9th August 2022 for considering, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2022. As intimated previously vide letter dated 27th June 2022, in terms of the Company's Code of Internal procedures and conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the above financial results.
