Kapil Dea Pandey was initially appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 17th June, 2015 and presently was re-appointed as Independent Director of the company for second term of 4 consecutive years from 21st September 2021 to 20th September 2025 and played crucial leadership roles through which the company immensely benefitted. Kapil Deo Pandey's sudden and ‘unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company and all the directors and employees of the company convey deep sympathy, sorrow and condolences to his family.
