Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Galaxy Cloud Kitchens has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on July 26, 2022 has approved the appointment of Suraj Bhatt as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from August 01, 2022. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in Annexure I.
