Therefore in order to confirm this, the board of directors vide their resolution passed in the board meeting held on November 05, 2012 have proposed to change the name of the company to anyone of these names, Mahavir Remedies Limited, Mahavir Global Remedies Limited, Mahavir Advanced Remedies Limited
The proposed name will correctly denote the present business activity of the company.
