Encode Packaging India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Encode Packaging India is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company, for the quarter ended on June 30,2022. Further, in continuation to letter regarding notice for closure of trading window pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, has been closed from July 1, 2022 to August 11, 2022 for the Designated Persons/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives for prevention of insider trading.
