In accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 1st July, 2022, it will remain closed up to 12st August, 2022.
