Pursuant to regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indo Asia Finance has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 10th August, 2022 at 12.30 pm to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. As intimated earlier, in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company remains closed for designated persons from 1st July, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said results are made public.
