In furtherance to its letter dated August 03, 2022, intimating about the proceedings of the 14 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Wednesday August 03, 2022 at 10.30 am through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. In this regard, TCI Express has submitted following reports: Consolidated Voting Results (remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM) in the format prescribed under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, attached as Annexure I and Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer on the remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, attached as Annexure l. Further, the referred documents are also being uploaded on the website of Company at www.tciexpress.in. The company has informed that all businesses as provided in enclosed reports were approved by requisite majority of shareholders at the 14th AGM of the Company.
