Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Apex Frozen Foods has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Saturday, 06th August, 2022, has approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June, 2022, prepared under Ind AS, as recommended by the Audit Committee. In this connection, the company has enclosed the following documents: Un-Audited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June, 2022 and Limited Review Report issued by Padmanabhan Ramani & Ramanujam, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees/ insiders of the Company till 08th August, 2022. The Trading Window shall reopen from 09th August,2022. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.30 pm and concluded at 1:30 pm.
