Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part B of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ‘SEBI (LODR)’, Chennai Petroleum Corporation has informed that TamilNadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) vide its order dated 06.08.2022 has advised the company to restrict the production to 75% of its regular production. In line with the advice of TNPCB, the production has been reduced on a temporary basis. Management is confident of resolving this issue at the earliest.
