Further to its intimation dated 22.3.2021, Bharat Petroleum Corporation has informed that the Company has received a copy of the Order issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi (‘MCA’) sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of the Transferor Company with the Company and their respective shareholders under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘Scheme’) The Scheme will be made effective by the Transferor Company and the Company by filing copy of the Order of the MCA with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies. The Company will keep you posted in this regard.
