The said Results was recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held today August 09, 2022. The Limited Review Report was also adopted by the Board at the said meeting. All other agenda items were approved in the meeting. The Board Meeting commenced at 9:50 am and concluded at 10:25 am.
