It enclosed the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, along with the Limited Review report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company; Extension of term of redemption of Redeemable Preference Shares approved further extension of the term of redemption by 24 months from September 18, 2022, in respect of the 20,18,00,000 - 0.1% Non-Cumulative Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares ('RPS') of Rs 100 each aggregating Rs 2,018 Crores issued to Tata Teleservices ('Promoter'/'TTSL') on preferential basis on October 18, 2016.
