The un-audited financial results for the first quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2022 have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 10th August, 2022. The company is arranging to have the extract of the said results published in English and Marathi newspapers as required under SEBI LODR. The meeting commenced at 12.30 pm and concluded at 3.00 pm.
