In continuation to its letter dated 02nd August, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eastcoast Steel has informed that it enclosed the Statement of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) together with the copy of Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022, duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Wednesday, 10th August, 2022. The Board Meeting commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 3.00 pm. Further, the extracts of the financial results shall be published in the newspaper in compliance with Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations.
