The Board unanimously considered and approved Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditor thereon for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and Declaration Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)d of the Listing Regulations. The copy of Un-Audited financial Results and Limited Review Report is enclosed from Page No. 2 to 5; On the fully paid Equity Share of Re 1 each, Interim Dividend at 30% i.e., Re 0.30 Paise was declared, payable to the members on or before 9th September, 2022. The Results will also make available on the website of the Company- www.precisionwires.com and will be published in newspapers as required. The Board meeting commenced at 11.45 am and concluded at 12.40 pm.
