LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 0000SON/N500045) has resigned as the Statutory Auditors of the Company with immediate effect and After considering the reason as explained, the Audit Committee accepted such resignation and recommended to the Board of Directors about the further course of action for fulfilling the casual vacancy cause due to such resignation. LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 000050N/N500045), including the reason for resignation, in terms of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019 in relation to their resignation is also attached as Annexure- B.
