LLP, Chartered Accountants (Registration No. 101248W/W-100022) were Re-appointed as Statutory Auditor of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years (FY2022-23 to FY2026-27) to hold office commencing from the conclusion of the 30th AGM of the Company till the conclusion of 35th AGM of the Company by passing Ordinary Resolution at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
