Barbeque-Nation Hospitality has completed the acquisition of 414 equity shares constituting 6.34% paid-up share capital of Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy (Toscano), a subsidiary of the company, on August 10, 2022. Post the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of the company in the said Subsidiary stands increased to 75.16%.
