FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 12 data: NSDL

12 Aug 2022 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyers in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9023.30 crore against gross selling of Rs 6774.45 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 2248.85 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 816.89 crore against gross selling of Rs 659.08 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 157.81 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.28 crore against gross selling of Rs 8.54 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 6.26 crore in hybrid segment.
