Bihar Government promises creation of 10 lakh jobs

Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Prasad Yadav today asserted that his newly formed government will ‘deliver’ on the promise of providing 10 lakh jobs that he had made during the RJD’s 2020 assembly election campaign.

After Tejashwi Yadav sworn in as Deputy CM, he had promised that 'bumper jobs' will be offered to the youth in the state by the government. Tejashwi Yadav claimed that the state government would work towards the creation of jobs. Nitish Kumar, who recently took oath as the Bihar CM for the eighth time while answering questions over Yadav's promises CM said, ‘It is right. We are making efforts and we will try our best...What he has said is right. All efforts will be made for it’. CM said that efforts are being made and the government will try its best to fulfil the promise.
