Future Lifestyle Fashions has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company in its meeting held on today has, cancelled the 2,53,750 vested Stock Options granted under Employee Stock Option Plan - 2015 (FLFL ESOP 2015), pursuant to terms of the FLFL FLFL ESOP 2015. The aforesaid Stock Options have been added back to the Stock Options pool and shall become available for future grants under the FLFL ESOP 2015, subject to compliance with all Applicable Laws.
