FIIs were net sellers of Rs 417.98 crore in index futures and options segments on August 16

According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 417.98 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Tuesday's data, August 16, 2022.

FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 225.15 crore and net sellers of index options worth Rs 643.13 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 1,314.50 crore and they bought stock options worth Rs 156.24 crore.
