In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (as amended) read with Schedule-Ill, Part-A, Para-A, Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure has informed that, Sushil Kumar Mishra, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has given a notice of resignation from the said position. He will continue in his current position till close of the business hours on 30th August, 2022. The requisite disclosure required in pursuance of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September 2015 is annexed. The Company is in process of identifying or hiring new official for the vacant position. The Company shall inform the Stock Exchange once the position is filled up.
