In continuation to letter dated August 10, 2022, wherein the Company had informed about the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company to remained closed from August 27, 2022 to September 1, 2022 for the purposes of the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM) to be held on September 2, 2022 and the Dividend, if any, declared at the AGM. In this regard, Edelweiss Financial Services has informed that for the purpose of entitlement of the dividend, the members holding equity shares as at the end of August 26, 2022, would be entitled to receive the dividend.
