According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 161.78 crore in index futures and options segments on Tuesday, January 22, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 33.35 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 128.44 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 102.02 crore while they also sold stock options worth Rs 101.06 crore.
