Axiscades Technologies has raised Rs 10 crore through Unlisted Unrated Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 100 NCDs having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each. The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated August 11, 2022, approved allotment of the same.
