Kirloskar Electric Company has terminated joint venture agreement with Electrodrive Powertrain Solutions. Both parties mutually agreed to terminate the JV Agreement as per the termination clause of the agreement. Earlier, on October 24, 2019 the company had executed the agreement to undertake design and develope and supply of electric motors to be used for all types of electric vehicles.
