Future Lifestyle Fashions has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 27 August 2022, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2022; to consider and approve the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended 30 June 2022. Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01 April 2022 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30 June 2022.
