Dunearn Investments has sold 2,63,29,516 shares (2%) stake in Devyani International for Rs 482 crore through an open market transaction. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 183.11 apiece.

Devyani International is the largest franchisee of Yum Brands in India and is among the largest chain operators of quick service restaurants (QSR) in India on a non-exclusive basis.
