Crest Ventures has incorporated ‘Crest Habitat’ as wholly owned subsidiary company. The company will hold 100% stake in Crest Habitat, by subscribing to 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 1 lakh. The said incorporation is to carry on business of real estate development and construction.
Crest Ventures has been involved in the development and management of real estate projects and is developing various premium residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, as well as a township in the heart of Raipur city.
