Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable Rules made thereunder and Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 06th September, 2022 to 12th September, 2022 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
