Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (as amended), Mindtree has informed that it enclosed Scrutinizer’s Report along with voting results of the meeting of unsecured creditors of the Company, which was convened through Video Conference (VC)/ other audio visual means (OAVM) on August 26, 2022 at 4 PM IST pursuant to the Order dated July 20, 2022 passed by the Hon’ble NCLT, Bengaluru Bench for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving the Scheme.
