Ador Welding has acquired majority shareholding of about 60% in Plasma Laser Technologies, Israel. Earlier on October 25, 2012, the company had received an approval to invest a sum not exceeding $2 million in an overseas company, for technology absorption / technical know-how, subject to further necessary statutory approvals, if any.
Further, a committee of directors had been formed by the board of directors to negotiate with the overseas company, to finalize the modus operandi / nitty-gritty of the proposed venture / investment, to conclude on the time, mode & form of investment and to enter into contract / agreement in respect of the above mentioned matter with the overseas company.
Ador Welding (AWL) was incorporated in 1951 with an objective to offer finest range of welding consumables and equipment. AWL has also made large investments in project engineering and manufacturing of power generators and alternators.
