Nuvoco Vistas Corporation has raised Rs 350 crore through Secured, Redeemable, Listed, Rated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 3,500 NCDs having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each for cash at par on a Private Placement basis. NCDs shall be redeemed at the end of the 3 years from the date of allotment i.e. August 29, 2022.
