Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised Rs 750 crore through the allotment of 7,500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) at a Fixed Coupon of 7.90% p.a. of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, through private placement. A meeting of the Committee of Directors, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, was held on August 30, 2022 has approved the allotment of the same.
