Electrosteel Castings has informed that dividend on Equity Shares, if approved by the Members, will be credited/ despatched on or after 16th September, 2022, to those Members whose names shall appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on the close of business hours on Friday, 9 September, 2022 (Record Date), and in respect of the shares held in dematerialized form, the dividend will be paid to Members whose names are furnished by NSDL and Central Depository Services (India) as beneficial owners as on the Record Date.
