Mahindra Finance jumps on raising Rs 750 crore via NCDs

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) is currently trading at Rs. 207.00, up by 7.55 points or 3.79% from its previous closing of Rs. 199.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 200.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 207.20 and Rs. 200.60 respectively. So far 92608 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 212.70 on 22-Jul-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 127.95 on 07-Mar-2022.

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Mahindra Finance) has raised Rs 750 crore through the allotment of 7,500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) at a Fixed Coupon of 7.90% p.a. of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, through private placement. A meeting of the Committee of Directors, as authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, was held on August 30, 2022 has approved the allotment of the same.
