TTK Healthcare has informed that pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, will remain closed from today (i.e.) 30th August, 2022 till 11th September, 2022. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
