Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has informed that, in terms of Railway Board Order No. 2018/E(O)II/40/10 dated January 18, 2022, Debashis Chandra (DIN: 08641893), was appointed as Director (Catering Services), IRCTC with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post and till the date of his superannuation August 31, 2022 or until further orders whichever is earlier. Due to superannuation of Shri Debashis Chandra on August 31, 2022, he has ceased to be Director on the Board of the Company and a Key Managerial Personnel with effect from September 01, 2022. The updated list of Directors on the Board of IRCTC as on September 01, 2022 is enclosed as Annexure-I.
