According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 929.62 crore in index futures and options segments on Wednesday, January 23, 2013.
FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 297.02 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1226.64 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 310.67 crore while they sold stock options worth Rs 2.33 crore.
