Kallivayalil & Co., Chartered Accountants as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of 25th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2024. Details as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 is given in Annexure A . This is as per the requirements of Listing Regulations. The meeting commenced at 03:30 PM (IST) and concluded at 05:30 PM (IST).
