Further to letter dated September 2, 2022 pertaining to the Notice of Postal Ballot (‘Notice’) sent to Members of Company, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has informed that it enclosed copy of the notice published in the newspapers, Financial Express, all India editions and Loksatta, Mumbai edition, on September 3, 2022, with respect to the intimation of Postal Ballot by the Company and intimating the public about having electronically mailed the Notice, along with relevant information, to the eligible Members of the Company.
