Further, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR Regulations'), it submitted a copy of the Notice of the 36th AGM of the Company as circulated to the Members of the Company through email communication today i.e. September 02, 2022, in accordance with the relevant circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated May 5, 2022 read with Circular issued by SEBI dated May 13, 2022.
